FACILITATION

Creating Connection

Through Facilitated Dialogue

I support organizations, families, and individuals to efficiently navigate unpredictability, complexity, and transition.

I believe facilitation is one of the magic ingredients for creating massive social change because it holds the promise of bringing people together to work together, and it holds the promise of tapping into the collective wisdom hidden deep within. It helps unleash the latent energy inside the collective.

In addition to 25+ years of experience on the human-side of convening and collaboration via leadership roles for global family businesses, public companies, private ventures, non-profits, and start-ups, I have worked with some of the world’s most well respected organizations, including:

  • Young Presidents' Organization (YPO)

  • Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO)

  • Vistage

  • Southeastern Family Office Forum (SEFOF)

  • Professional Athlete Organizations, NFL, and many others

Drawing on my experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and art-based methods of collaboration, I apply techniques from deliberative dialogue, design thinking, co-active coaching, and authentic leadership to guide groups through complex dialogue toward their most important decisions.

I work to set a safe environment (container) for authentic dialogue providing a platform for all participants to engage their full selves and enabling groups to access their collective capacity.

Ready to get started?

Tell me about your group and help me understand the real purpose of the meeting. Will you have remote participants? What was their level of engagement been in previous meetings? Tell me what usually happens at this meeting.

Describe your best-case and worst-case scenarios.  Let me know which participants always butt heads, who the strong personalities are and where you’d like to see more alignment.

Most importantly: Tell me exactly what you hope to accomplish and let me handle the conflict.
