Future Leader Mentoring
As a father of two college students, I provide what I wish had been available for my own kids: Career Readiness 101. Instead of hoping they stumble upon someone else to equip them with the skills for success, I take an active approach.
For soon-to-be and recent college graduates, I offer three small group sessions where young professionals can discuss challenges they face and brainstorm solutions together with guidance. This program not only helps them overcome immediate challenges but also instills the value of mentors, coaches, and peer networks for long-term growth and success.
